📋 Description

• End-to-End Release Ownership: own release plan across Product, Eng, QA, Security.
• Strategic Program Leadership: manage cross-functional workstreams; align architecture.
• Release Integrity: oversee release health metrics; triage issues; Git-based merges.
• Operational Excellence: drive PLC phase exit reviews (Phases 0–3).
• Risk & Conflict Resolution: identify bottlenecks/risks; enable cross-team decisions.
• Onsite Santa Clara: in-office role based in the Santa Clara office.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years TPM experience leading complex software programs.
• Bachelor's in CS or Engineering; MS CS or MBA preferred.
• SDLC mastery from design through post-market feedback.
• Technical fluency; discuss architecture and Git merges.
• Strong communication with C-suite and engineers.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, QA, Security.
