Lead safety lifecycle tasks across software and hardware platforms for autonomous systems
Perform hazard analyses and risk assessments (HARA, FMEA, FTA, STPA)
Derive, trace, and verify safety requirements (FSRs/TSRs) for supervised and driverless autonomy
Collaborate with systems, software, robotics, hardware, and test teams to ensure safety integration
Support safety case artifacts and verification evidence for airport deployment

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in safety engineering for autonomous vehicles or related fields
Experience with C++, Python, ROS/ROS2
ISO 26262, SOTIF (ISO 21448), FMEA/FTA, and safety lifecycles
Experience with multi-core/Linux/RTOS environments
B.S./M.S. in CS, EE, Systems, Robotics, or related
Strong analytical and collaboration skills
