🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Hands-on RCM: claims submission, denials, prior authorization, charge capture
• Experience deploying software in health systems or payers
• Comfort at tech-ops-clinical workflow intersection
• Strong PM and client-facing comms; run workshops with VPs
• HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules knowledge
