Senior Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical engagements across the sales cycle for UiPath's agentic platform
• Conduct deep discovery of customer processes, automation landscapes and AI goals
• Model end-to-end processes in BPMN 2.0 and design DMN decision logic
• Translate strategic challenges into agentic solutions with ROI focus
• Position UiPath against incumbent BPM platforms and articulate value
• Design and deliver live demos and proofs-of-value for real customer scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing presales/solutions consulting in enterprise automation
• Hands-on BPMN modelling and orchestration mapping
• DMN decision modelling and decision logic
• Experience with BPM/workflow platforms (ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, K2/Nintex)
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Excellent communication and English fluency
