📋 Description

• Oversee SAP landscape in a regulated medical-device environment.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and SAP integrations.
• Lead SAP BASIS across DEV, QA, PROD stacks.
• Manage upgrades, patching, and transport management.
• Ensure disaster recovery and backup strategies are in place.
• Mentor BASIS admins and coordinate with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 10+ years exp, or equivalent.
• 8+ years SAP BASIS experience.
• SAP certifications in BASIS and/or integration technologies.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• GxP, FDA regulations, SOX/ITGC compliance, and validation know-how.
• Experience with SAP BTP and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
