📋 Description

• Lead implementations and adoption of Chainguard images for customers
• Partner with accounts teams to formulate strategies, value realization, and retention
• Ensure high-quality Chainguard Images and smooth onboarding
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to relay customer requirements and prioritize builds
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices
• Collaborate, teach, and learn within the Chainguard team

🎯 Requirements

• Post-sales experience with clients (4+ years)
• 8+ years in high-performance multi-tier apps; strong Kubernetes and Containers experience
• Ability to communicate technical details to varied audiences
• Continuous learner with drive to solve complex problems
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering/IT
• Experience with software development processes and design concepts
