Senior Solutions Architect (EDW Enterprise Data Warehouse Migrations)

📋 Description

• Lead regional migration strategy for large-scale EDW migrations to Databricks.
• Design and drive the technical GTM and adoption strategy with GTM teams.
• Develop scalable migration processes and assets for field teams.
• Build automated assessment tooling from customer engagements.
• Act as tier-3 escalation for complex migrations in EMEA.
• Mentor regional Solutions Architects to scale the practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing pre-sales/architect/consulting roles.
• Legacy EDW modernization knowledge (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata).
• Experience migrating workloads to Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Hands-on Spark, Python and SQL; strong SQL analytics exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Public Cloud design: AWS, Azure or GCP.
