📋 Description

• Lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard for secure software.
• Partner with account teams to drive strategies, value realization, and retention.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are highest quality; act as customer zero during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to prioritize image builds based on customer needs.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the org.
• Collaborate, teach, and learn with Chainguard team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in post-sales role supporting clients.
• 8+ years developing high-performance multi-tier apps; strong Kubernetes and Containers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences (engineers to executives).
• Continuous learner with drive to solve complex problems.
• Bachelor’s in CS, Software Eng, or IT.
• Strong experience with software development processes and design concepts.
