📋 Description

  • Act as subject matter expert on Outreach; support customers & internal stakeholders through the sales process.
  • Partner with Sales to conduct discovery; identify goals, challenges, risks, and success criteria.
  • Design and deliver demos linking Outreach to customer use cases.
  • Support opportunity qualification by uncovering technical, process, and operational requirements.
  • Translate customer workflows into value-based narratives aligned to Outreach and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, and Marketing to improve messaging and demos.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Customer-centric problem solver with curiosity; understands how businesses operate.
  • Value-led thinker; translate goals into scalable outcomes.
  • Strong communicator; comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders.
  • Growing technical acumen; experience with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce) and AI/automation.
  • Collaborative, continuous learner; familiar with value-based selling concepts (Demo2Win/MEDDPICC) a plus.
