📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Support to drive value.
• Create customer presentations and demos that illustrate New Relic value.
• Deliver technical guidance to help customers adopt, deploy, and optimize.
• Lead events and produce technical materials to promote the solution.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Consultant, and TAM to pursue opportunities.
• Uphold core values: responsible, bold, and consistent.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, architect, or similar.
• Strong interest in latest tech and ability to self-learn.
• Experience in IT operations, monitoring, or infra/app design.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• English reading/writing proficiency for cross-border collaboration.
