📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers to close opportunities using advanced knowledge and
• Deliver product/technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Collaborate to enhance documentation, write blog posts, videos, and knowledge base content

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Open to diverse, complex assignments requiring judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication to collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers
• Ability to articulate Grafana value and technical advantages
• Enjoy solving technical challenges and crafting creative customer solutions
• You should have a technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
