Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers; translate objectives into architectures.
Deliver live demos, deep dives, and exec presentations.
Design deployment architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
Own end-to-end POV engagements: install, configure, validate.
Troubleshoot deployment; validate throughput, accuracy, impact.
Drive POV-to-production via documentation and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

Customer-facing role in Tech, SaaS, or AI.
Experience with enterprise infra across on-prem and cloud/hybrid (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Networking & security fundamentals: routing, firewalls, IAM.
Experience with unstructured data environments (file systems, governance).
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and exec audiences.
Remote work experience with collaboration tools; US/UK exposure preferred.
