Senior Solutions Engineer - Healthtech

📋 Description

• Technical discovery: Lead discovery to uncover integration, security, and compliance needs.
• Solution design: Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions.
• Product demos: Deliver demos and architecture walkthroughs to IT, InfoSec.
• RFP and security: Own technical responses for RFPs and security reviews.
• Deal acceleration: Surface and resolve technical concerns to speed deals.
• Post-sales handoff: Ensure smooth transition with implementation teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture (SaaS, healthcare, enterprise).
• REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM; enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Experience with large healthcare providers or EMR vendors; FHIR/HL7 a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous, fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Trusted partner to sales; credible with customer tech leaders.
