🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales in Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring
• Strong written and oral communication for a remote-first, globally distributed team
• Ability to articulate value proposition and technical advantages of Grafana products
• Technical mindset with passion for solving complex customer problems
• West Coast US location or ability to work in that time zone
