🎯 Requirements

10+ years of relevant electrical engineering and manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar required
Deep familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods (CNC, sheet metal, additive, molding)
Experience running manufacturing projects in Asia and/or Europe
Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST and other compliance requirements
IPC standards, gerber files familiarity; ability to read harness/PCB testing equipment/procedures
