Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Specialists focused on strategic solution categories (Maintenance, Workforce
• Define team charter, engagement models, and handoffs with Sales, SEs, Product, and Marketing.
• Develop coverage and prioritization models to deploy specialists on high-value opportunities.
• Coach on discovery, demos, objection handling, and executive communication.
• Establish operating rhythms, metrics, and assets to scale category selling.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing to input customer voice into roadmap and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing role; 3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's a plus.
• Strong foundation in discovery, demo leadership, value-based selling, and complex multi-stakeholder
• Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Demo2Win/Great Demo!
• Experience building/leading overlay teams or shared-service field functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and design operating models, with data-driven
