Senior Sourcer

📋 Description

• Own outbound sourcing for Engineering, supporting Product and GTM.
• Lead on AI-powered sourcing workflow using tools like Noon.ai and Gem.
• Develop talent maps, pipelines, and outreach strategies for key hiring areas.
• Track metrics and iterate on outreach and pipeline health with recruiting leadership.
• Collaborate with TA partners to run parallel pipelines across roles.
• Source beyond LinkedIn via communities, open source, referrals, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of sourcing or research-focused recruiting experience in tech/fintech.
• Proven track record sourcing technical talent (Data Science, Software Eng, Security, GTM).
• Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, InMail, and pipeline tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Gem and familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Strong ability to make outreach read as personal, not a sequence.
• Experience with market research to inform sourcing strategy and talent mapping.
