Senior Sourcing Manager, Americas (Footwear and Accessories)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a category sourcing strategy for Footwear and Accessories in the Americas.
• Scout, vet, and onboard supplier partners into Quince’s rapid replenishment model.
• Conduct cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing for core products.
• Manage supplier relationships to drive lead times and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Product teams to expand product lines and options.
• Drive supply chain excellence with focus on quality, speed, and cost control.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers.
• Established factory partnerships in the Americas and/or Asia relevant to footwear/accessories.
• Passion for product development with track record of cost-engineering with vendors.
• Strong GM mindset with experience in lean manufacturing and JIT processes.
• Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Spanish and excellent written/verbal communication.
