Senior Sourcing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage full sourcing and procurement lifecycle for contracts, PO, equipment, software, and services.
• Review proposals, cost estimates, pricing, and terms; prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts
• Collaborate with Accounting/Finance for CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, budget tracking, and purchasing
• Track orders from shipment to receipt and ensure proper documentation and delivery.
• Maintain vendor records and performance data; identify procurement risks and mitigate supply issues.
• Engage with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Experience preparing, negotiating, and administering contracts and POs from request to completion.
• Strong knowledge of contract principles, terms, and vendor-management practices.
• Experience reviewing vendor proposals, comparing bids, and supporting supplier selection.
• Ability to analyze costs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Finance/Accounting for forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing controls.
