Senior Sourcing Specialist / ME Sourcing Manager (Packaging)

📋 Description

• Source mechanical commodities per Cricut engineering needs and sourcing strategy.
• Own primary packaging portfolio: offset printing, corrugated, labels, blister, trays.
• Support catalog parts, die-cut and other items as needed by Cricut’s product portfolio.
• Manage tooling/part vendors to optimize quality, supply and cost terms.
• Proactively manage supply pipeline to secure supply vs demand.
• Escalate and resolve quality and supply issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-volume consumer manufacturing with relevant commodities.
• Strong command of mechanical procure-to-pay processes.
• Understanding of technical & commercial attributes of portfolio commodities.
• English fluency required; Bahasa Malaysia a strong plus.
• Travel: regional and occasional; Johor/Singapore area visits not considered travel.
• Immediate start preferred.
