🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in in-house sourcing or retained search.
Healthcare/pharma sourcing preferred; Commercial roles advantageous.
Experience screening, prescreening, and interviewing.
End-to-end recruitment with passive outreach.
Proficient in CRM tools (SmartRecruiters, ICIMS, Phenom) and Excel.
