Senior Specialist, Customer Account

📋 Description

• Own high-profile customer orders: entry, status, release tracking, and reporting
• Manage orders across RX, OTC, and other product types including serialized items
• Resolve shipping, billing, and pricing discrepancies and correlations
• Collaborate with AbbVie partners to meet sales/revenue objectives
• Generate standard/ad hoc reports to monitor data and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 3-5 years customer service experience
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical regulatory concepts
• Proficient with Excel (pivot), SAP/ERP, and SharePoint
• Experience leading meetings and interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
