• Senior Lifecycle Specialist handles offboarding and first-level Employee Relations support for
• Manages end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions and guides clients through terminations
• Drives process improvements and automation aligned with Lifecycle's goals and Remote values.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR experience across the
• Strong background in independently managing exits with care and legal compliance across
• Proficiency in interpreting industrial instruments, solving complex HR issues, and communicating
• Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills; ability to lead difficult
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Aptitude to innovate, automate processes, and champion best practices for HR operations.
