📋 Description

• Offboarding lead for remote external employees across jurisdictions
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, and transfers
• Coordinate stakeholders for compliant exits and audits
• Drive process improvements in lifecycle and employee relations
• Lead meetings with clients and employees on separations
• Support employees with workplace concerns and investigations

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of employment law in multiple jurisdictions
• Proven exits management with compliance and sensitivity
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Business English proficiency; other languages a plus
• Automation/AI capabilities and comfort with async work
