🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across employee lifecycle.
• Background in voluntary/involuntary exits and compliance.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills for HR issues.
• English proficient; additional languages a plus.
• Process automation and AI capability interest.
