📋 Description

• Offboarding and employee relations for Remote's external employees
• Provide first-level ER support and guidance on workplace concerns
• Ensure legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to process improvements in lifecycle operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy
• Support automation and AI initiatives in ER processes

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle
• Background in exits (voluntary/involuntary) with compliance
• Ability to interpret employment laws across jurisdictions
• Understanding of ER principles and discipline approaches
• Strong communication, negotiation, and confidentiality
• Business English proficiency; additional languages a plus
