• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR experience across the lifecycle.
• Experience with voluntary and involuntary exits, legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills, practical HR solutions, and clear client communication.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus; comfortable working asynchronously.
• Automation/AI fluency and ability to optimize processes; strong data integrity practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international remote team with flexible hours.
