📋 Description

• End-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions
• Guide clients on HR matters incl. terminations and contracts
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and unions for compliant offboarding
• Contribute to lifecycle process improvements and automation

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP background with lifecycle experience
• Experience with voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance
• Strong interpretation of HR laws across jurisdictions
• English proficiency; other languages a plus
• Process optimization and automation mindset
• Autonomous, international, async collaboration
