🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Engagement/OD, L&D, change management
• Regional/cross-market experience required
• Data analysis mindset and decision support
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Project management and ability to juggle priorities
