📋 Description

• Lead engagement & organization development across APAC SA&I
• Partner with leaders across functions, markets & cultures
• Shape employee experience in a growth-oriented, AI-enabled org
• Collaborate with SA&I leadership, HRBP & leaders regionally
• Manage projects, drive change, and translate priorities to comms
• Support transformation initiatives and capability building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, OD, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Engagement, OD, L&D, Change Mgmt or related
• Experience in regional/cross-market environments
• Data-driven, able to analyze & draw insights
• Strong communication, relationship-building & project mgmt
• AI proficiency; advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills
