🎯 Requirements

4+ years in multicultural customer service; hospitality experience preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and stakeholder management.
Comfort with weekend/public holidays shifts and varied schedules.
Excellent verbal/written skills; empathy and patience under pressure.
Advanced computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems; Apple/Mac OS; Google Suite.

🎁 Benefits

Pay range: $82,000 – $96,000 USD.
Remote role based in State of Nevada; eligible for other Airbnb advantages.
