Execute source-to-contract procurement processes per goals and best practices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policy and supplier diversity aims.
Lead supplier management activities aligned to SRM strategy.
Provide input on supplier performance and procurement risks.
Maintain excellence in contract execution from source to contract and requisition to pay.
Drive continuous improvement projects within procurement operations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field.
English proficiency C1
Minimum of 5 years in procurement, supply chain or related function.
Experience in source to contract, requisition to pay, and negotiation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
