Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality

📋 Description

• Own the supplier qualification program end to end across suppliers, co-manufacturers, copackers
• Conduct and coordinate on-site audits across supplier facilities, distribution centers, and
• Lead supplier corrective action processes from issue identification through remediation and
• Build, maintain, and analyze supplier scorecards to monitor quality and performance.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities with data.
• Verify compliance with GFSI standards, cGMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supplier quality, food safety, QA, or related field.
• HACCP certification with practical application experience.
• Internal Auditor certification with hands-on audits.
• Direct experience with GFSI frameworks (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000) or comparable standard.
• Experience leading supplier audits and corrective action closure.
• Strong knowledge of FDA food safety regulations and supplier verification.
