Senior Sportsbook Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own operational relationships with key sportsbook suppliers (trading, pricing, data).
• Build governance frameworks, QBR cadences, and action tracking.
• Lead supplier incident management end-to-end to prevent repeat issues.
• Ensure supplier accountability for performance, quality and delivery.
• Bridge between suppliers and internal Product, Engineering, Risk, and Sportsbook teams.
• Improve event booking, supplier selection, and day-to-day trading processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sportsbook operations, trading or sportsbook management.
• Strong sportsbook industry knowledge and understanding of external supplier ecosystems.
• Experience managing relationships with external sportsbook partners.
• Proven ability to improve governance, reporting, incident management, and supplier accountability.
• Analytical, structured, data-driven, and able to drive improvements.
• Comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance reporting and efficiency.
