Collaborate across aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing.
Develop design documentation and verification plans per MIL‑STD/FAA standards.
Mentor junior engineers and drive cross‑functional reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
10+ years in aircraft structural design with ownership of components/systems.
Deep understanding of composite and metallic structures.
CAD tools: NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks; FEA: ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN.
Experience with stress, fatigue analysis, and design optimization.
DFMA, GD&T, tolerance stackups, and structural layout knowledge.
