Own design and development from concepts to production-ready hardware
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrity, manufacturability, and mission-readiness
Lead design reviews and cross-functional engineering decisions
Mentor junior engineers and transition designs to production

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related
10+ years in aircraft structural design with component ownership
Deep understanding of composite and metallic structures
CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA (ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN)
DFMA, GD&T, tolerance stackups, and structural layout knowledge
