Senior Staff AI Agent Engineer – Moveworks | Customer Deployment

📋 Description

• Own technical relationships with 3-5 enterprise customers across Moveworks implementations.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions using Moveworks Platform.
• Design secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Advise on multi-year AI roadmap and internal upskilling.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, CS, and Sales on complex workflows.
• Mentor teammates and turn solutions into reusable templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, SE, Architect, etc.).
• Proven adoption of tech with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
• Experience building full-stack workflows via REST APIs, iPaaS/tools (Workato, Azure Functions, AWS
• Ability to work across multiple functions; travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with API-based integration and AI tooling concepts.
