Own and drive the full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities across UAE accounts/territories
Develop and execute territory and capture strategies aligned with Shield AI’s plans
Identify, qualify, shape new opportunities from customer missions and budgets
Build relationships with defense/government decision-makers and program offices
Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams
Represent Shield AI at industry events and customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

10–15+ years in BD, sales, or capture in technical domains (AI/ML, autonomy, SaaS
Proven track record closing UAE government/defense deals
Deep understanding of defense acquisitions and procurement lifecycle
Experience creating and executing capture strategies
Technical aptitude to engage with Engineering/Product stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree; fluent in Arabic and English
