📋 Description

• Own and drive full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities across accounts/territories (pipeline
• Develop and execute territory and capture strategies for priority pursuits
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities through customer missions, budgets, and acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across defense and government customers
• Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams
• Represent Shield AI at events to expand market presence and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in BD, sales, or capture in AI/ML, autonomy, SaaS, or defense
• Proven track record closing deals in U.S. government/defense markets
• Deep understanding of defense acquisition processes
• Experience developing and executing capture strategies
• Technical aptitude to engage with Eng, Product, and Ops stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
