🎯 Requirements

10+ years software development or 8+ with Master's, 6+ with PhD or equivalent
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and algorithms
Proficiency in Java and JVM internals, GC tuning, profiling
Experience with relational DBs (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Streaming & Messaging: Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka ecosystems
Data Lakes and ingestion pipelines design
