Senior Staff Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build a platform for autonomous trust with agents, evaluation harnesses, and regression
• Lead cross-functional work across Engineering, Product, Security, and CX in a remote-first setting.
• Shape architecture for multi-tenant and enterprise identity with robust provenance and failure
• Drag the platform toward measurable outcomes: reduce manual review, drift, and outages.
• Work on LLM and agent systems, temporal data modeling, and cost-aware inference engineering.
• Set technical direction and align stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software building with at least two at Staff scope.
• Experience with production LLM systems and agent-based architectures.
• Strong focus on model as untrusted subsystem, verification, and safety.
• Ability to operate across complex, multi-tenant platforms and enterprise identity.
• Able to work in a remote-first environment and communicate clearly in writing.
