🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years operating at Staff
• Proven experience building production AI/LLM or agent-based systems that take meaningful autonomous
• Strong understanding of designing AI systems where the model is treated as an untrusted subsystem
• Significant depth in at least two of the following areas: production LLM and agent systems
• Demonstrated ability to measure and improve system quality through metrics such as failure rates
• Strong architectural and systems-thinking capabilities, with experience designing scalable
