📋 Description

• Own critical manufacturing processes across programs.
• Build infrastructure for a new production line for next-gen jet.
• Deploy capital equipment and tools; implement hardware/software tools.
• Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and production.
• Mentor other engineers; scale factory-scale execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related STEM.
• Prototype manufacturing experience in startup/rapid-growth.
• Strong understanding of machining, composites, avionics and/or assembly.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
