📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features, autonomous workflows, decision engines, and
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, ambiguous initiatives, defining both the problem space and the
• Own architectural decisions for AI and agentic systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to shape product strategy, technical
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases that deliver measurable customer
• Establish engineering standards, technical patterns, and best practices for AI and agentic

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend, distributed systems, or software engineering with ownership of
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications using LLMs, agent frameworks
• Proven ability to independently drive 0-to-1 product development and deliver solutions in
• Strong software architecture and system design expertise, with confidence making and defending
• Experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, and product teams to define technical
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
