🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
Proficient in production-level C++ software
7+ years in software sub-systems, motion planning, or flight controls
Experience with version control, issue tracking, code reviews, release management
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full lifecycles
Capacity to mentor junior engineers and work in a collaborative environment
