📋 Description

• Coordinate software and hardware integration activities across platforms (small UAS, manned
• Drive sensor selection for EO/IR and A-PNT perception software testing; support sensor bring-up and
• Own fly-fix-fly cycle: deploy Hivemind Pilot stack, verify deployment, define test objectives
• Own sensor calibration and time synchronization for A-PNT/perception sensors; calibrate cameras and
• Establish data quality standards and curate field-collected sensor data for offline analysis and
• Resolve boundary ambiguities between software development and flight test operations to keep

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 9 years
• Hands-on calibration and time-alignment of EO/IR and PNT sensors (COTS and military-grade hardware).
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced field testing environments at hardware-software-flight ops
• Experience in design of experiments, flight test card development, and objective-driven testing.
• Experience deploying perception/autonomy software to edge hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis; ability to read/modify C++ algorithms.
