📋 Description

• Own and drive architecture and design for large-scale internal platform systems
• Define long-term tech roadmap ensuring global-scale scalability and reliability
• Lead platform modernization: architecture evolution, debt reduction, reliability
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, and Business to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Champion AI and automation to improve ops efficiency at scale
• Provide mentorship to senior engineers across teams

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.Eng in CS/Engineering; deep Java with large-scale distributed systems
• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership at scale
• Hands-on architecture ownership across cross-team platform delivery
• Expert Kafka, RocketMQ, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders without authority
• Bilingual Mandarin and English required for cross-regional collaboration
