Senior Staff Engineer, Operations Analysis (R4759)

📋 Description

• Plan, own and execute operational analyses to assess autonomous systems in military scenarios.
• Develop and run modeling, simulation, and wargaming analyses to evaluate performance and
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Perform trade studies and sensitivity analyses across varying operational conditions and threats.
• Build and analyze mission-level models using AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, Python, or similar M&S
• Analyze sensor performance and autonomy-enabled behaviors to support mission effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math.
• 9+ years in operational analysis, modeling & simulation, OR or related defense/aerospace roles.
• Active Secret clearance minimum; Top-Secret preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance desired.
• Experience with force-on-force analysis, CONOPS, or military campaign modeling is a plus.
• Experience in system design analysis and product development lifecycle; SysML/MBSE preferred.
