📋 Description

• Role to shape LO performance for autonomous aircraft
• Work across disciplines to ensure survivability in contested airspace
• Design LO features: shaping, edge treatments, RAM, integration
• Model electromagnetic signatures with industry tools
• Collaborate with propulsion, avionics, structures, and AI
• Lead or support signature testing and hardware evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in AE, EE, Physics, or related
• 10+ years in LO or survivability engineering
• EM tools: HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
• RCS shaping, RAM materials, LO testing experience
• Strong cross-team collaboration
• U.S. Citizenship; active Secret clearance; S//SAR desired
