10+ years in technical sales, capture, engineering, or PM in defense/aerospace
Familiar with US DoW procurement and military structures
Experience with major defense prime supporting tactical aircraft or Group 4/5 UAS
Experience interfacing with government/military acquisition stakeholders
Systems-level understanding of aircraft design, CONOPS
Bachelor’s in engineering/science
